PRODUCTION
Made from a painstaking selection of Chardonnay grapes grown in the sunny vineyard of Langhe’s hills.

ALCOHOL CONTENT
12,5 % by vol.

TASTING NOTES
Light yellow, fine intensity and persistent to sense, this wine is softness, and elegant, cool and delicate and it’s possible to receive a kind apple’s flavour joined to green field’s smell and exotic fruits.

SERVING
At a temperature of 8° – 10°.

PAIRINGS
It goes well with all the dishes based on fish and even poultry. Also great for appetizers.

STORAGE
It ‘a wine to be drunk young but not too much, it remains perfectly intact its best features 2 or 3 years.
